[Updated as at 12 Sep 2024]
To All Partners integrated with Singpass, we are close to the end of our upgrade for Singpass Login.
We thank partners who have tested the upgrade in STG environment and completed the migration.
In the coming weeks, we will migrate all remaining Singpass Partners. Please note that Singpass will not perform migration rollback in PROD if the e-service average daily traffic is less than 1K.
We strongly encourage partners who have not verified the migration in STG to do so. Please refer to https://go.gov.sg/singpass-migration-announcement-to-partners [this announcement, kindly scroll down] for steps and action required to verify the migration.

- We apologize that we cannot provide specific dates for each digital service - this allows us to speed up or slow down our migration where necessary
- If we do not detect successful logins on your staging environment(s), we will proceed with the migration of your digital service(s) to production on Tuesday, 10 Sep 2024
- No action is required for the production migration
Has my digital service been migrated?

FAQs
Q1. What are the changes introduced in the new Singpass?
A1. We are enhancing Singpass system reliability and security. The enhancement does not require any changes by Relying Parties whose digital services are integrated with Singpass.
Q2. What action do I need to take, since there is no change to Singpass login for my digital service?
A2. We request that you conduct thorough testing in your staging environment to ensure that your current Singpass integration implementation is in alignment with our partner API specifications and working well. As examples, please pay attention to and verify:

A3. Singpass requires Relying Parties to provide us justification for the whitelisting of JWKS endpoint URLs.

A4. You may request to reset your Singpass staging account password here. Please allow up to 5 working days for the completion of your request.
