[28 Nov 2024] Migration of Myinfo business apps from DPP to SDP

Dear Partners,

Thank you for your continued support and your patience as we enhance our Singpass APIs.

With the successful launch of Singpass Developer Portal - SDP on 18 Nov 2024, you will soon be able to access and manage your Myinfo business apps in this new portal. From 9 Dec 2024 onwards, please access SDP (https://developer.singpass.gov.sg) to manage your existing Myinfo business apps. 

Existing access to Developer and Partner Portal - DPP (https://api.singpass.gov.sg) are extended to the new portal. In other words, if you are authorised to access DPP currently, there is no further authorisation required from your Corppass Admin for you to access the new SDP. 

Existing Myinfo business apps will be migrated by us to SDP from 7 Dec 2024 (Sat) 0000hrs to 8 Dec 2024 (Sun) 2359 hrs. During this time, you will not be able to perform any configuration or request for additional data items to Myinfo business apps at https://api.singpass.gov.sg.

Upon completion of the migration exercise, you will be able to access and manage your Myinfo business apps via SDP.

Q1. Can I access Singpass API Developer and Partner Portal (https://api.singpass.gov.sg) during the maintenance period?

A1. Yes, you may still access the portal during the maintenance period. However you will not be able to perform app configuration or request for additional data items to Myinfo business apps.

Q2. Can I perform app configuration during the maintenance period?

A2. No. App configuration can only be done from 9 Dec 2024 on our new portal https://developer.singpass.gov.sg.

Q3. I need to submit app configuration during the maintenance period, what should I do?

A3. Please plan your app configuration ahead of the maintenance period. Alternatively you will need to make the changes only after the maintenance period at our new portal https://developer.singpass.gov.sg.

Q4. Can I start creating a new Myinfo business app in the new portal https://developer.singpass.gov.sg from 9 Dec 2024 onwards?

A4. Onboarding to Myinfo business is still on pause. It is currently targeted to resume from Q1 2025.
