2. What is the Service Level Subscription for?
Answer: Service Level Subscription is an optional monthly add-on if you require assurance on the service level availabilities. If you choose not to subscribe to it, there will be no charges to you.
3. How are the transactions counted?
Answer:
-
Myinfo: A completed Myinfo transaction is one where your system has successfully retrieved the user’s selected personal data from the Myinfo Person API (e.g., number of HTTP Status 200 responses), after the user has authorized the sharing of their personal data through Myinfo.
-
Login: A completed Login transaction is one whereby a signed ID token is issued and returned to you (e.g., number of HTTP 200 OK responses from Login token endpoint).
4. How to calculate?
Answer:
-
Login: The calculation of the transaction cost is computed on a progressive approach. For example, if the total number of completed transactions is 160,000, it will be calculated as:
(50,000 x $0.00) + (100,000 x S$0.08) + (10,000 x S$0.07) = S$8,700
-
Myinfo: The calculation of the transaction cost is computed on a progressive approach. For example, if the total number of completed transactions is 16,000, it will be calculated as:
(5,000 x $0.00) + (5,000 x S$1.00) + (6,000 x S$0.90) = S$10,400
5. Can I unsubscribe from the SLA/Service Level subscription? How does it work?
Answer: When you choose to unsubscribe from the SLA service, the unsubscription will only take effect at the end of the last day of the same calendar month. For example, if you unsubscribe from the Service Level Subscription on 15 October 2023, the subscription will end on 31 October 2023.
6. If I don't subscribe to the SLA, what is the expected service level?
Answer: The Service Level is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis for that calendar month, without warranty of any kind. Regardless of whether you subscribe to the Singpass SLA you will receive the same level of service availability.
7. What is this Service Level Subscription about? Can I opt out?
Answer: Service Level Subscription is an optional component. Singpass aspires to provide the best level of service for organisations onboarded with us, and there is no difference in the quality of service between subscribers and non-subscribers.
However, if your organisation requires higher assurance and makes a claim in the event that the SLA is not met, you would need to subscribe to the monthly plan. You may refer to Annex 1, Part 4 and 5, of the Services Agreement for more information on the service level credits.
8. What are the fees involved? Are there set up fees?
Answer: There are no setup and onboarding fees involved for the integration of Singpass APIs. Transactions incurred in production will be counted, and you will be charged for every transaction that exceeds the free tier.
9. What is the billing cycle like?
Answer: You will be billed at the start of every calendar month for the previous months usage, per UEN. If you have multiple Myinfo and/or Login services under your company, they will be consolidated and billed every calendar month.
10. Are there any further discounts?
Answer: We are unable to extend further discounts for the charges. The price plan is tiered based on monthly transaction volume, with lower transaction prices as the volume increases.
11. Can I change the billing entity?
Answer: We are unable to revise the invoice billing entity as the agreement was made with the current company name. Please continue to make payment for the issued invoices.
12. Where can I find the pricing plan?
