Singpass Login and Myinfo
1. Where can I find the pricing plan?

2. What are the fees involved when integrating with Singpass APIs? Are there set up fees?
Answer: There are no setup and onboarding fees involved for the integration of Singpass APIs. Transactions incurred in production will be counted.
3. What is the Singpass pricing model like? Are the transaction ranges in the monthly pricing plans applied progressively (tier by tier) or as a flat rate based on total volume?
Answer: Singpass Login and Myinfo price plan operates on a freemium model, whereby:
- The first 50,000 completed Login transactions per month per UEN are free.
- The first 5,000 completed Myinfo Standard transactions per month per UEN are free.
Charges will apply on a per-transaction basis after transactions exceed the free tier, except Myinfo Plus transaction.
For Login only: Singpass Login operates on a freemium model, whereby the first 50,000 completed Login transactions per month per UEN are free. Charges will apply on a per-transaction basis after transactions exceed the free tier.
For Myinfo Standard only: Singpass Myinfo operates on a freemium model, whereby the first 5,000 completed Myinfo transactions per month per UEN are free. Charges will apply on a per-transaction basis after transactions exceed the free tier.
For Myinfo Plus: There is no a free tier and is chargeable from the first transaction
4. What is the difference between Myinfo Standard and Myinfo Plus pricing?
To better align cost with data value, Myinfo transactions are categorised into two pricing tiers:
- Myinfo Standard: Applies to e-services that retrieve personal non-financial profile data scopes
- Myinfo Plus: Applies to e-services that retrieve personal financial profile data scopes

Note that pricing is determined based on the highest-value data scope retrieved by the e-service. If your e-service retrieves any Myinfo Plus data scope, the transaction will be charged under Myinfo Plus.
5. If my service uses both Standard and Plus scope, what pricing applies?
Myinfo Plus pricing will apply for that transaction.
6. How are the transactions counted?
Answer:
- Login: A completed Login transaction is one whereby a signed ID token is issued and returned to you (e.g., number of HTTP 200 OK responses from Login token endpoint).
- Myinfo: A completed Myinfo transaction is one where your system has successfully retrieved the user’s selected personal data from the Myinfo Person API (e.g., number of HTTP Status 200 responses), after the user has authorized the sharing of their personal data through Myinfo.
7. How to calculate the transaction cost?

Login: The calculation of the transaction cost is computed on a progressive approach. For example, if the total number of completed transactions is 160,000, it will be calculated as:
(50,000 x $0.00) + (100,000 x Tier 1 Pricing) + (10,000 x Tier 2 Pricing) -
Myinfo Standard: The calculation of the transaction cost is computed on a progressive approach. For example, if the total number of completed transactions is 16,000, it will be calculated as:
(5,000 x $0.00) + (5,000 x Tier 1 Pricing) + (6,000 x Tier 2 Pricing)
8. What is the billing cycle like?
Answer: You will be billed at the start of every calendar month for the previous month's usage, per UEN. If you have multiple Myinfo and/or Login services under your company, they will be consolidated and billed every calendar month.
9. Are there any further discounts? Is the pricing negotiable?
Answer: We are unable to extend further discounts for the charges. The pricing has been carefully reviewed and standardised to ensure fairness and consistency across all partners. While we are not able to revise the pricing at this time, we welcome feedback and will take it into consideration as part of future pricing reviews
10. Can I change the billing entity?
Answer: We are unable to revise the invoice billing entity as the agreement was made with the current company name. Please continue to make payment for the issued invoices.

Singpass Face Verification
1. When will i be charged for Singpass Face Verification (SFV)?
Charges apply only if your service mandates SFV as a third-factor (3FA/AAL3). You will not be charged for SFV triggered by Singpass' fraud analytics.
2. How do I know if my app is configured to AAL3?
To confirm if your app is configured to AAL3, navigate to the your app's configuration page and check the Assurance Level setting under Security.
3. If Singpass triggers a Face Verification (SFV) based on fraud analytics, will I be charged for SFV?
No. If SFV is triggered by Singpass based on our fraud detection logic, there will be no additional charge for SFV. Myinfo and Login charges will still apply. Charges for SFV apply only when your e-service explicitly requires SFV as part of the login flow (i.e. AAL3).
Myinfo Business & Sign with Singpass
1. What are the charged for using Myinfo Business and Sign with Singpass?
Both API products are currently provided free of charge. This, however, may be subject to revision in the future and any changes to pricing will be communicated in advance. The most updated information about pricing can be found in the Service Agreement, which is accessible in the Singpass Developer Portal after logging in.
