How to test Face Verification for Myinfo flow?

As part of the Myinfo user journey, Singpass authentication may involve Face Verification.
Partners integrating with Myinfo might need/want to test that Face Verification can be successfully triggered and loaded in the Staging Environment.

Steps to test Face Verification for Myinfo flow:

1. Construct your web request URL to the /auth endpoint to begin the Singpass login flow to reach the Singpass Login page.

2. When redirected to the Singpass login interface, click the Password login tab.

3. Use the following test credentials:

• Singpass ID: S3100135H

• Password: MyInfo2o15

  Note: The password contains a capital ‘i’ and the letter ‘o’, not the number zero.

4. On the next screen, go to the Face Verification tab and click Start Singpass Face Verification.

5. Click Begin Scan and follow the on-screen instructions to simulate the scanning process.

6. The face verification will always fail, which is expected, as the test account is currently not tagged to any photo and does not have any facial data.
