What does PDL or QDL validity show when a driving licence is suspended, revoked, or disqualified?

When a person's driving licence is suspended, revoked, or disqualified, drivinglicence.pdl.validity and drivinglicence.qdl.validity may return either:

• I - Invalid
• N - Not Holding
