Yes, it is possible for an individual with a valid Employment Pass to have no Notice of Assessment.

Any individual(s) with a valid Employment Pass is allowed to be employed and work.

• However, the individual may not be required to file an Income Tax if the person's Income falls below Income Tax Filling threshold.
• As such, no Income Tax will be filed (i.e. No Income Tax) for the individual.
