Unable to Retrieve userinfo Data with Test Accounts

Question:
I created test accounts via the portal. They can log in, but I can't retrieve userinfo. Why?

Answer:

The test accounts you created via the portal do not have mock data linked to them. As a result, the userinfo endpoint returns no data.

To test the userinfo endpoint, please use the official test personas, which come with pre-populated mock data: https://docs.developer.singpass.gov.sg/docs/testing/myinfo-test-personas

Note:

✅ Ensure your STG Singpass API app is set to authentication type: 1FA during testing.
🚫 Do not use these MyInfo test persona accounts with the STG Singpass app.
