Question:
- My users are getting error response 400. From SDP, it says that my app's status is "Inactive - Deactivated by user"
- I received an email "Your App Has Been Deactivated Due to Inactivity".
Answer:
Your production app could be deactivated for several reasons:
1. You or your team may have wrongly deactivated the app. You may reactivate it via SDP by following the steps here.
2. As part of our regular maintenance and security protocols, inactive apps are deactivated to ensure the integrity and performance of our platform. Your app may be deactivated by us if:
a. No transactions have been recorded for an extended period
b. No config changes were made for an extended period of time
If you no longer require the production app (e.g. you have migrated away from Myinfo v3v4 to Myinfo v5 / you have migrated to a new client id / your digital service has been decommissioned), no further actions is required.
If you still wish to continue using our services, you may reactivate it via SDP by following the steps here. If there are changes to the user journey, please create a new app through SDP. This ensures that your integration is aligned with the latest platform standards and security practices.
