FAQ
Q1. If FIN holder data is not available, will it impact Singapore Citizen and/or Permanent Resident data retrieval?
A1. For Myinfo, Myinfo business, and Verify, if FIN holder data is not available, data retrieval for Singapore Citizen and/or Permanent Resident will not be impacted.
For SGFinDex, if FIN holder data is not available, data retrieval for Singapore Citizen and/or Permanent Resident will not be impacted.
Q2. If CPF data is not available, will the payload still be returned for the non-CPF data?
A2. For Myinfo, and Myinfo Business, if CPF data is not available, all API calls which has CPF data in it will return error. No payload will be returned for the remaining non-CPF data.
For SGFinDex, if CPF data is not available, government data retrieval will not be available. SGFinDex will still be available for non-government data.
Q3. If IRAS data is not available, will the payload still be returned for the non-IRAS data?
A3. For Myinfo, and Myinfo Business, if IRAS data is not available, all API calls which has IRAS data in it will return error. No payload will be returned for the remaining non-IRAS data.
For SGFinDex, if IRAS data is not available, government data retrieval will not be available. SGFinDex will still be available for non-government data.
Q4. Will Myinfo return the remaining data (excluding data from government source undergoing maintenance) during the maintenance period?
A4. Myinfo will return the following error response. No data will be returned.
