How to submit pre and post Go-Live Requirement?

Pre Go-Live

Prior to going live, please submit your marketing materials mentioning Singpass/Myinfo brand via this form: 

1. Select "Marketing Materials"
2. Submit the form first, then reply to the automated email and attach the relevant files.
3. Please note that clearance can take around 2 weeks. 

After Go-Live

Ensuring a smooth go-live for your integration is crucial for both compliance and user experience. After going live, please submit your go-live notice via this form: 

1. Select "Go-Live Notice"
2. Provide your app ID in the form 

3. After submitting the form, reply to the automated email and attach the following screenshots 

   For Login

   1. Landing page with the relevant "Log In with Singpass" button 

   2. Page to show successful log in 

   For Myinfo

   1. Landing page with the relevant "Retrieve Myinfo via Singpass" button

   2. Consent page 

   3. Digital form populated with data retrieved from Myinfo
