[23 Apr 2026] Update to Singpass Billing Invoice Schedule (Effective June 2026)

Dear Partner,

We would like to inform you of an upcoming update to the Singpass APIs invoice issuance schedule.

Starting June 2026, invoices will be issued on the 4th of each month, instead of the 1st.

What this means for you:

• Your invoice issuance date will shift to the 4th of every month
• There are no changes to billing amounts, usage, payment terms, or invoice contents
• Billing will continue to be based on the previous month’s usage (i.e. from the 1st to the last day of the month)
• This change is part of our efforts to streamline and standardise billing processes

Transition timeline:

• The new schedule will take effect from 4 June 2026, covering May 2026 usage
• You are receiving this notification in advance to allow time for any internal adjustments
