[30 Sept 2026] Action Required: Singpass Verify API Decommissioning on 30 September 2027

Dear Partner,

We are writing to inform you that the Singpass Verify API will be decommissioned on 30 September 2027.

What this means for you

The Singpass Verify API will continue to operate as usual until 30 September 2027. After this date, all Singpass Verify API endpoints will be shut down and existing integrations will no longer work.

If you are currently using Singpass Verify, you will need to migrate to Myinfo v5 by 30 September 2027.

What you need to do

We encourage you to start your migration early to allow sufficient time for onboarding, integration, testing and production deployment.

Myinfo v5 is the supported API for identity data sharing use cases going forward. It provides a broader data catalogue, enhanced security and continued platform support.

To get started:

1. Review the Myinfo v5 integration guide: https://docs.developer.singpass.gov.sg/docs/technical-specifications/integration-guide 
2. Create a Myinfo v5 application on the Singpass Developer Portal: https://developer.singpass.gov.sg and begin your staging integration.
3. Complete your testing and deploy your Myinfo v5 integration to production by 30 September 2027.

Pricing

Myinfo includes a free tier of up to 5,000 transactions per month. Based on current usage, most Singpass Verify partners are expected to remain within this free tier.

We encourage you to begin planning your migration early to ensure a smooth transition before Singpass Verify is decommissioned.
