Dear Partner,
As previously communicated, the legacy Myinfo v3 and Myinfo v4 /com services will be permanently decommissioned after 30 September 2026.
What this means for your application
- If your application does not have an approved extension, access to the legacy Myinfo v3/v4 services will be suspended after 30 September 2026. Your application will no longer be able to retrieve Myinfo data through these legacy services.
- If your e-service still requires Myinfo and you have not completed the migration, please migrate your integration to Myinfo v5.
- Please also remove or disable any remaining Myinfo v3/v4 entry points in your e-service to prevent users from being directed to a flow that is no longer available.
If you have an approved extension
- Your Myinfo v3/v4 application will remain available until your approved extension date. Please continue to prioritise the migration and ensure that it is completed by the committed date. No further extensions can be accommodated beyond the approved extension date.
If you have already migrated
- If you have completed your migration to Myinfo v5, no further action is required.
- If you continue to observe Myinfo v3/v4 traffic after migration, please investigate your production flows and cease any remaining calls to the legacy services as soon as possible.
The Myinfo v3/v4 decommissioning has been communicated and worked on with our partners for more than a year. We sincerely appreciate the time and effort your teams have put into completing this migration.
