From 2 January 2025, the Singpass hotline will operate from 9am to 6pm on Mondays to Fridays for general enquiries. Our anti-scam hotline will remain available 24/7 to support users reporting a compromised account or Singpass-related scams – please press “9” after dialling in.
We advise the following flow to handle your help desk queries pertaining to Singpass.
- Advise your users to visit AskGov Singpass FAQ page to find answers to common questions relating to Singpass.
- If they are unable to resolve the issue, they may reach out to us via the various help channels here.
