Dear Partners,
We would like to inform you of an upcoming enhancement to the way Corppass generates authorisation payloads.
What you need to know
Today, authorisation payloads - which contain information about an authenticated user's access to e-services - are pre-generated. As a result, they may occasionally become out of sync with a user's current access configuration, which can lead to access issues and increased operational support.
To address this, Corppass will replace pre-generated authorisation payloads with dynamically generated ones. Under this new approach, authorisation payloads will be generated at the point of each authorisation request, ensuring they accurately reflect the user's current access.
This change will be deployed to the Production environment on 31 August 2026. No action is required on your end, and this change is seamless and will not affect how users log in or access e-services.
What to expect after the change
Following the deployment, if you receive reports from users who are unable to access an e-service, please advise them to first contact their Corppass Administrator to verify that they have a valid assignment to the e-service.
If a valid assignment exists but the user continues to experience access issues, please contact our support team here for further assistance.
If you have any questions regarding this enhancement, please contact our support team here.
Thank you for your continued partnership and support.
Best regards,
Corppass Team
