[20 May 2025] Upcoming changes to Singpass login page domain

Dear Partner,  

We would like to inform you of an upcoming change to our login page domain.

What’s Changing?

Production

• Current domain – https://auth.singpass.gov.sg
• New domain – https://login.id.singpass.gov.sg

Staging

• Current domain – https://stg-auth.singpass.gov.sg
• New domain – https://login.stg-id.singpass.gov.sg

How This Affects You

There is no change to the domain of Singpass integration endpoints, so your system should continue to function normally in most cases.

However, if your system has explicitly whitelisted the old domain (e.g., auth.singpass.gov.sg or stg-auth.singpass.gov.sg), the change may disrupt the login flow.

Action Required

1. Test the new login domain (login.stg-id.singpass.gov.sg) in your staging or test environment as early as possible.
2. Review and update any security configurations that may block login.id.singpass.gov.sg (production) and login.stg-id.singpass.gov.sg (staging).

Timeline

The changes will happen on the following dates:

• Staging - 20 May 2025
• Production - 27 May 2025
