Revised Pricing Update (Effective 1 January 2026)
As part of our ongoing efforts to maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable national digital infrastructure, we will be introducing pricing updates to key Singpass services effective 1 January 2026. These changes apply to:
- Singpass Login
- Myinfo

Singpass Face Verification (SFV) used as Third Factor Authentication (3FA), also known as Authentication Assurance Level 3 (AAL3)
Please refer to the revised pricing details on the Singpass Developer Portal.
Services Agreement Update (Effective 30 June 2025)
There will also be updates to the Singpass Services Agreement that will take effect from 30 June 2025. Key changes include:
- Novation of the agreement from Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) to GovTech
- Merging of the SMS 2FA agreement into the main Services Agreement
- Removal of Subscription Plans
No action is required on your part. There is no need to re-sign or accept the updated agreement. There will be no changes to current billing arrangements, and ATS will remain the contracting party responsible for all billing and collections related to Singpass API services.
