[3 June 2025] [Action Required] Changes to Data Items for Myinfo/Myinfo Business Digital Services - Max Length Change

Dear Myinfo / Myinfo Business RPs,

As previously communicated on 9 Jan 2025, we have been informed by the Data Source Agency of upcoming changes to the maximum character length of the following Myinfo data fields:

S/N	Field Name	Change Type	Previous	New (Change to)
1.	cpfcontributions.history -> employer	max length	30 char	100 char
2.	cpfemployers.history -> employer	max length	30 char	100 char

Action Required:

If your digital service(s) are calling the following scopes:

CPF Contribution History (up to 15 months) and
CPF Employers

Please ensure that your systems are updated to support the new field length by 15 January 2026.

To allow more time for implementation, CPF has extended the compliance deadline to 15 January 2026.

If your digital service has already been updated to accommodate the changes, no further action is required.
