Dear Agencies,
We would like to inform you of an upcoming revision to the Singpass pricing plan, which will take effect from 1 July 2025.
To support trusted authentication for the public sector and encourage greater adoption of a common login service for government digital services, Singpass Login transactions will no longer be charged for government agencies. This is in line with existing treatment for public agencies using Myinfo.
At the same time, we will be introducing new pricing for Singpass Face Verification (SFV) to better reflect the operational costs of biometric authentication. This charge will apply only to e-services that have opted to use SFV as a 3rd factor of authentication (3FA), also known as Authentication Assurance Level 3 (AAL3).
Please note that Myinfo transactions will continue to be free and Corppass Login transactions will continue to be charged based on the existing pricing model.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Why is Singpass Login now free for government agencies?
This change aims to promote the use of Singpass as the national digital identity for all public sector services and reduce overall system-wide authentication costs.
2. Why is there a new charge for Singpass Face Verification (SFV)?
SFV involves biometric verification and incurs higher infrastructure and operational costs. The new pricing reflects the value and resources needed to maintain secure and reliable SFV services.
3. Will this affect Myinfo or Corppass services?
No changes are made to Myinfo pricing (still free). Corppass Login remains chargeable based on the current pricing tier.
4. What should we do to prepare for this pricing change?
Please ensure your support contact information on Singpass Developer Portal is up to date, as well as billing contact information is accurate and up to date here.
5. Who can I contact if I have further questions?
You may reach out to our team by raising a ticket via our Partners Support Centre
6. When will I receive my last invoice for Singpass Login (AL2) e-services?
Transactions incurred from Singpass Login (AL2) e-services from 1 July 2025 onwards will no longer be billed. Corppass e-services will remain billable and will continue to appear on your invoices. The last invoice for Singpass Login (AL2) e-services will be sent by end July 2025.
7. How can I check if my e-service uses Singpass Face Verification (SFV) as a third-factor authentication (3FA)?
You can refer to developer.singpass.gov.sg to check your e-service configuration. If the assurance level is set to AAL3, it means your e-service is using Singpass Face Verification (SFV) as a third-factor authentication (3FA).
8. Will I be charged if my users are stepped up by Singpass and Face Verification is used?
No, you will not be charged if the Face Verification (SFV) is automatically triggered by Singpass based on our fraud analytics scoring.
