Question: I want to reset the password of my Singpass staging test account, but I am not sure what is the date of issue.
Answer:
For test accounts not created in Singpass Developer Portal:
Please submit your password reset request here.
Please allow for 3-5 working days for us to process your password reset request.
For test accounts created in Singpass Developer Portal:
You can change the password for your test account in the Singpass Developer Portal.
1. Click on 'Test account' on the left panel.
2. Click on the 'Edit' icon.
3. Enter your new password and click 'Update' on the top right.
