Further to our earlier communication regarding the ACRA 2025 SSIC code changes, please note that there will be a scheduled system downtime required to implement these updates.
Scheduled System Downtime:
The Myinfo Business and EDH system will be temporarily unavailable on 9 May 2026 from 12.00PM to 1.00PM to facilitate the implementation of the new SSIC Activity Codes.
What to expect during downtime
During this maintenance window, all Myinfo Business and EDH services will be inaccessible, and partners will not be able to retrieve data through the system.
API calls to all Myinfo Business and EDH endpoints will return 503 Service Unavailable.
What should I do:
During the maintenance period, please advise your users to use manual form-filling methods if data collection is required
Preparation Reminders:
As highlighted in our previous communication, please ensure your systems are prepared to handle the new SSIC 2025 codes from 9 May 2026 onwards. You may refer to the previous announcement here.
