Singpass Identity Hint — Now Live in Production

Dear Partner,

Following our earlier communication, we would like to inform you that Singpass Identity Hint is now live in the production environment from 17 August 2026 and will be progressively rolled out to users.

As shared previously, Identity Hint allows returning users on non-public browsers to see their full name displayed during the Singpass login flow, helping them confirm that they are logging in to the correct account.

There are no changes to authentication requirements or security assurance. Users are still required to complete full authentication before gaining access to any e-service, and no integration changes are required from partners.

The Singpass Identity Hint FAQ is now available and covers the expected user experience, common scenarios and questions that partners or users may have.
